I have an implant also and the fact that it can stay hard for hours gives me and my partner an opportunity to enjoy each other as many times as she wants during the day.

I just had one implanted last fall. It took months to feel "normal" but now it is good. I did lose 1.5 inches of length and about an inch of circumference though. But yes, it stays hard as long as I want now!

I just had implant done at age 50 can't wait to use it only 25 days left to heal. Diabetes sucks had since 18.

I lost a bit of length myself, BUT the fact that I can fuck at 77 and two maybe 3 times in a night ...after rest of course suits me just fine that I can still get er done. And I always make the effort to get her off if possible first.
